The GSA Commissioner for Finance shall be a matriculated graduate student enrolled in a graduate program at Hunter College. Should the Vice President of Finance resign, or be unable to perform, the Commissioner of Finance is appointed by the constitution, without need for election or voting, to be the Acting Vice President of Finance for the remainder of the fiscal year.
