GSA CONFERENCE TRAVEL AWARDS
We are now accepting applications. All registered Hunter College graduate students are eligible to receive a ‘GSA Conference Travel Award’ for reimbursement of registration, travel, and/or lodging expenses associated with attending a professional or academic conference between the dates of July 1, 2009 and June 30, 2010. For students in the fine and performing arts, applications will be considered for performances or presentation of completed works, final projects, etc. Awards shall be determined and allocated by the Graduate Student Association and may include:
up to $125 for conference/event registration
up to $75 for travel/lodging for an applicant who just attends the conference
up to $250 for travel/lodging for applicants presenting a paper, poster, talk, or performance
The application must be completed in full. Applications that are missing the required supporting documentation (i.e., receipts, etc.) will not be considered. Applications will be considered on a first come, first serve basis; please make every attempt to submit your application before the deadline of Thursday, April 1, 2010. Applicants will be notified of their award status no later than April 16, 2010.
