2010 Board Vacancies
However, we have vacancies in key positions on the 2010 Board of Directors: Director of Communications, Legislative Concerns Chair, Social Justice Chair, Southeast Regional Chair, and West Regional Chair. You and all of your students are eligible to run for these positions. I urge you to forward this information on to your students. Having a student from your institution serve on the NAGPS Board is a privilege and a great way to build leaders within your organization.
Any interested persons should submit a position platform and short biography to the newboard@nagps.org by the deadline of Friday, December 6. If you have any question/concerns about a position or wish to individually discuss expectations/responsibilities with current or new Officers, please e-mail the Executive Committee (excomm@nagps.org).
