The purposes of the GSA are to:

1. Represent the interests of graduate students to the faculty, staff and administration and other members of the Hunter College community.

2. Provide a program of social enrichment and professional development for the graduate students of Hunter College;

3. Encourage high academic achievement by promoting accessibility to academic tools, resources, and technology.

4. Provide equal representation of graduate programs within departments; and

5. Facilitate partnerships within the larger Hunter College Community.
