Article X

1. Any member of the Senate may bring a question of interpretation of the constitution to the Judicial Board, composed of two Executive Council officers and two members of the Senate, whose decision shall be binding. In the absence of the Senate, the Judicial Board shall comprise four Executive Council officers, excluding the officer who raised the question of interpretation.

2. The University Student Senator shall chair the Judicial Board; and in the case of a tie he/she shall vote.
